Please review our polices on returns, refunds and cancellations prior to scheduling services through our online booking.

Return, Refund and Cancellation Policies:

While we will not be able to give hugs (for now), we are excited to welcome you back to the salon.
In response to the Governor’s May 22,2020 Executive Order, a great deal of thought and care has gone into making sure environment at LAVISH STUDIO and your salon experience is as safe and sanitized as possible.
Therefore, effective immediately, we have implemented the following policy and a signature-required waiver to conduct services.

Retail Products

Products that are “gently used” may be exchanged for a product of equal or lesser value provided the product is returned within 5 days. If product exchange is not acceptable, then the money associated with the retail product sale will be deposited as a credit into your Lavish Studio Account.

Services

Lavish Studio does not issue refunds on any salon services. However, we strive to give the utmost satisfaction to our clients and if you are not satisfied with the work performed, the client MUSTreturn to the salon within 24 hours (after your service)for the work/results to be evaluated and inspected to determine if the dissatisfaction is warranted. We will make every effort to ensure we rectify the situation. If a client is unwilling to return to LAVISH STUDIO for review/evaluation then the complaint is considered meritless and nothing else will be done.
Consultantions: will not be refunded under any circumstances. Must be paid prior to your appointment if not your appointment will be cancelled!

Short-Notice Cancellation & No Show Policy

If a client has a “Short-Notice Cancellation” (cancelling an appointment within a couple hours of the appointment), you will have to pay for the service(s) booked, before rebooking. ‘No Shows’ (not showing up for your appointment), this too will result in a full payment of the service(s) booked before booking another appointment.

*Please Note: If a credit card is on file, it will be charged for any of the above situations.
